Felt B Performance
My Felt B Performance 105 tri bike. I traded in a late 2000s Cannondale Super Six to go towards this and there are no regrets at all. I absolutely love the more aggressive position the aero bars place you in, and the fit is phenomenal thanks to the fitter at the bike shop I purchased it from. Gone are the saddle pains and perineal numbness, a very welcome change!
One of the biggest upgrades I made while still in storage was the wheel set. The bike normally comes with aluminum rims but I was able to swap them out for the Zipp 60s I had on my Cannondale, putting the new tires on them. While relatively old they are still lighter and more responsive than the stock rims.
While at the store I also added the behind the saddle dual bottle cages from Profile Design. They were extremely easy to install and more aerodynamic, plus it looks pretty sleek. I quickly realized that reaching behind me to grab a bottle is much easier than reaching down, but this may be rider preference.
Indoor Training with the Kickr Core, Zwift Smart Trainer, & Zwift
The Kickr Core is a fantastic indoor that has several options to allow you to accommodate your choice of bicycle, or smart frame if you so wish. While I originally used my Cannondale and Felt bike with the trainer, I ultimately decided to move forward the Zwift Smart Frame. I made this choice because I wanted to reduce the wear and tear on my bike, as well as not have to worry about taking my bike on and off the trainer whenever I wanted to ride outside.
I use the Kickr Core in conjunction with the Zwift platform, a cycling program that allows you to share an online world with thousands of other cyclists. From races, free rides, routes, challenges and workouts, I personally feel that Zwift has something for every cyclist.

Wahoo Bolt v2 Cycling Computer
My current cycling computer is the Wahoo Bolt v2. It’s not the newest iteration but it is more than sufficient for my needs
